Kathy Schroder

Kathy Schroder is a program manager for Duke Energy. She began her career with Cincinnati Gas & Electric in 1990.  Kathy has been in her current position (previously Cinergy) since 1996 managing a portfolio of Demand Side Management / Efficiency programs.  She is responsible for fourteen programs totaling more than Five million dollars per year in two states and serves as the chair for the customer collaborative advisory groups in Ohio and Kentucky.
