Gary Moore is an energy auditor / job cost estimator for Community Action of Northeast Indiana in Fort Wayne. He has twenty years of experience with the weatherization program specifying work to be preformed and inspecting the completed jobs of their program’s subcontractors. He has a degree from Indiana University Public Affairs. Gary is BPI certified as a building analyst.
