Jay O’Leary is an auditor and electrician for the Electric Partnerships Program (EPP) for People Working Cooperatively. During the eighteen years he has worked for PWC he has also been a weatherization inspector. Jay has licenses as an Ohio electrical contractor and journeyman carpenter.
