Ellen Koonce is the coordinator of the Electrical Partnership Program with the Cleveland Housing Network where she has worked for four years. Ellen has worked closely with the EPP auditors, gaining valuable insights and experience. She takes the lead coordinating the monthly training sessions held at CHN that focus on bill analysis and effective customer actions to lower consumption.
