Scott Kashuba is a technical field monitor with Ohio’s Office of Energy Efficiency. He provides program guidance and technical assistance to the Home Weatherization Assistance Program and the Electrical Partnership Program providers. He has been involved in the energy conservation field in both the public and private sectors for eight years performing monitoring and program management.
