Dan Phillips is an energy analyst and field technician for the Indiana Community Action Association. He has four years of building performance experience as a shell technician in both the private and public sectors. Dan has performed energy savings evaluations for several Indiana utilities and is examining energy savings for Indiana's weatherization program.
