Mark Ternes is research staff member at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory with twenty years of experience in this field. His current work involves supporting the U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program by developing and providing training on weatherization audits, field testing a mobile home audit, and planning a national evaluation of the Program.
