Tom Kalina is an energy auditor for Western Wisconsin Community Action Agency. He has worked in weatherization for nineteen years. He is currently a member of the technical advisory group for the State Weatherization Bureau and has extensive knowledge and experience with whole house testing and mechanical systems.
