Dan Hartman is an energy technical specialist for Indiana Community Action Association where he provides classroom instruction, in-field training, and technical assistance. He is a carpenter, blower door practitioner, duct diagnostician, energy auditor, and insulator. He is certified by BPI as a Building Technician, Building Analyst and Heating Technician. He is also a certified infrared thermographer.
