Mark McLaughlin
Mark McLaughlin is a technical training coordinator with the Minnesota Department of Commerce, State Energy Office. He provides training for the Weatherization Assistance Program and for statewide contractor licensing requirements. Mark was part of the team that implemented the revisions of the Weatherization Assistant audit tool, (NEAT & MHEA) that includes diagnostic protocols from the Minnesota M-200 waiver audit.
