Larry Sapp is the director of the Linn State Technical College Weatherization Training Center, which provides training to the Missouri Weatherization network. He develops and delivers training for the weatherization program as well as curriculum approved by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) for continuing education hours relevant to recertification.
