Eddy Haber is a supervisor for the Technology Development Unit for the Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program in the Illinois Department of Public Aid, Springfield, IL. He has been with the weatherization program since its inception and has been involved in the development of the whole house energy audit, weatherization standards review, and energy savings evaluation.
