Teri Combs is the director for the Ohio Weatherization Training Center. She is reviewing the Ohio HWAP training and assessing each course to determine the revisions and changes to better meet the needs of the weatherization programs in accordance with state provisions. Key tools are curriculum design and delivery, interviews with agency staff, evaluations, and group meetings.
