Suzanne Harmelink is the manager of low income programs and services for

Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC). She directs the development and implementation of Targeted Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®, municipal utility low income programs and Wisconsin's weatherization training, technical assistance, and quality control. Suzanne has also administered several Wisconsin utility rate-payer funded low income programs.
