Kevin Monte de Ramos is the author of Poverty and the Public Utility (PennWell, 2005) and principal researcher at KMDR Research, Inc. He works with corporations to plan, implement, and evaluate socially responsible action. Kevin shares his research into client satisfaction and energy education.
