Bob Jackson is the Home Weatherization Program division director for the City of Kansas City, MO, Neighborhood and Community Development Department, and advocate for energy issues at the state and national level. He is the chairperson for the state’s weatherization Policy Advisory Council. Bob is a charter member of the Kansas-Missouri Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy.
