Rick Helwig is the owner of DNR Construction, Inc. Rick's company has performed work in more than seven thousand low income homes in northeastern IL. He has established innovative training programs for his crews as the state program has evolved. DNR was named Architectural Contractor of the Year by CEDA for three consecutive years.
