Steve Nall is an Energy Efficiency Technical Trainer with the Indiana Community Action Association. He has twenty-four years of experience in the Weatherization Program as a trainer, auditor, and local program manager. He is licensed in Indiana as a Lead Inspector and Lead Risk Assessor, and has BPI certification as a Heating Technician-1, Building Technician-1 and Building Analyst-1.
