Bill Van der Meer is director of the Pennsylvania Housing Resource Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology. He directs the Weatherization Training Center and Factory Built Housing Center. Bill’s specialties include building diagnostics, moisture investigations, and the development of standards and best practices for residential builders and the DOE Weatherization program.
