Greg Dalhoff, Dalhoff Associates LLC, Verona, WI, has been involved with low income program impact evaluation for twelve years including directing evaluation for the Iowa low-income collaborative and conducting evaluations for the Vermont weatherization program and a utility program operated by Portland General Electric. Greg also develops program tracking and reporting software.
