Dave Yanosko, liaison for Columbia Gas of Ohio, has spent sixteen years helping to improve the quality of installed measures for the WarmChoice Program, which saves Columbia's low income customers an average of thirty-one percent of their gas consumption. Recent efforts include using infrared imaging to assess and improve sidewall insulation.
