Thomas Andrews

Tom Andrews is a heating systems instructor with the Indiana Community Action Association (INCAA). He has been involved with things mechanical in the energy conservation field for the last twenty-seven years and is a licensed HVAC contractor and plumber with a wide range of experiences in other facets of the trades.
