Tom Andrews is the low income programs manager for the Ohio Office of Energy Efficiency. Tom oversees the Home Weatherization Assistance Program, along with the universal service fund Electric Partnership Program. He has been involved in weatherization for over eighteen years, beginning his career by working with a local provider.
