Rick Karg is president of R.J. Karg Associates, energy management consultants. He has been working with low income weatherization programs, state energy offices, and utilities for twenty-five years as an educator and consultant. Rick was a building contractor and is an ASHRAE member. He is the author of ZipTest Pro^TM building diagnostics software for the Texas Instruments TI-86 calculator.
