Tuesday, April 08, 2008 · 1:30 PM - 3:10 PM
Colorado implemented a low-income mass distribution energy efficiency program in 2006. The program is testing three different distribution methods side by side: in-home service delivery; one-on-one in-person energy kit delivery at a nonprofit agency; and mass mailing energy kit delivery. Find out how the program was designed and examine the initial evaluation findings. The session will also present findings on the measured impacts of the energy kits from billing analyses of program participants in Iowa.
By attending this session, participants will
