This is your chance to work side by side with an expert and practice the thought process and physical tests associated with ensuring that new and existing air conditioners provide comfort at their expected efficiency.

- Be exposed to and apply the basic analytical method of diagnosing air conditioners and their most common faults
- Experience diagnostic tests increasingly demanded by utility programs as well as state and national energy codes
- Recognize the need for increased vigilance to provide the energy savings promised by newer air conditioners
