MPM 13 - Move It: Fans 101

Fans perform many tasks in the built environment. This class will provide bench top demonstrations of fan physics, types, and energy consumption as well as a discussion of common field applications of various kinds air moving equipment.
By attending this session, participants will
1. Understand how fans work
2. Explore the different kinds of fans and blowers and their applications
3. Become a better educated consumer of air moving products
