WAM 4 - Targeted Densepack (Advanced) (In field)

Wednesday, August 16, 2006  ·  8:30 AM - 11:50 AM

Key junctures are transitions in the building enclosure that, if not addressed properly, can be significant thermal defects. Heated air can pass under knee walls and escape from ventilated side attics. Open wall tops are often heat loss paths from interior walls to attics. This session is for experienced insulators who want to sharpen their skills and to efficiently identify and correct these and other thermal defects in existing homes.

By attending this session, participants will

  1. Recognize significant opportunities for savings
  2. Explore effective applications for densepack insulation
  3. Apply the techniques learned to increase their productivity in the field
