WAM 2 - In-Home Customer Education (In field)

Wednesday, August 16, 2006  ·  8:30 AM - 11:50 AM

With diagnostic tools and advanced training we have refined our ability to let the house teach us what opportunities it offers. This session is an investment in tapping the client as a resource. Observe techniques to learn and listen to discover opportunities the house may not willingly reveal. Find out how to build on the client’s needs and concerns to increase the likelihood of identifying behavior changes that can lead to energy savings.

By attending this session, participants will

  1. Increase their ability to gain useful information about a house and the way that your clients live in it
  2. Recognize opportunities to provide suggestions or direct attention to actions that are a priority for a particular household
  3. Gain ideas that you can put to immediate use to improve the effectiveness of communication with clients
