There are many ways to evaluate
a weatherization program. In this session, state staff will discuss their experience with the evaluation process. How can you ensure that the evaluation
product will provide useful information for your program? Find out what they have learned from the bidding process and defining the scope of work. The
potential benefits of multi-year contracts, and bringing the evaluation process in-house will be discussed.

- Learn what to expect from, and the work involved in, a program evaluation
- Recognize the variety of ways a program can be evaluated
- Understand the factors that drive up the cost of an evaluation project
