mechanical systems affect the mobile home in different ways than site built homes. This session will introduce the diagnostic procedures used to assure a
safe, efficient, and balanced system and how to treat furnaces, water heater closets, and duct systems.
By attending this session, participants will
- Identify what tools and equipment are necessary to diagnose a mobile home
- Understand the action levels of duct diagnostics and the difference between pressure pan readings and duct blaster readings
- Learn how to leave a mobile home in a safe condition
