Troubleshooting Comfort Complaints

Many homes have rooms that are not comfortable. This session will look at the basic reasons homes don’t work as expected, the tests that can prove the source of the problems, and the approaches that can be used to successfully satisfy the customer.

By attending this session, participants will

1. Learn to identify the types of performance problems found in the field

2. Be able to diagnose potential solutions to the basic problems

3. Have more potential solutions to consider when examining problem homes
