Moisture is involved in many building performance and building related health problems. This presentation will investigate the sources of this moisture, the paths through which it travels, the forces that drive it, and the mechanisms by which it causes problems. The presentation will focus on categorizing and identifying each of the steps and provide photos and examples for each, as well as practical solutions to these problems in the single and multi-unit housing segment.
