Ohio Hydronics
The Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board (OCILB), Ohio Department of Commerce, licenses contractors in the following five specialty trades for commercial work in the State of Ohio: electrical, HVAC, hydronics, plumbing and refrigeration. The Ohio Board of Building Standards certifies Ohio residential building officials, plans examiners and inspectors.
