Michael Stangl is an adjunct instructor in the ECM Department at Hudson Valley Community College. His certifications include: Professional Engineer, NYSERDA eligible PV installer, ENERGY STAR® HERS rater, and BPI Specialist. Michael has over twenty five years of experience as an engineering manager and consultant.
