FEED 4 - Home Feedback Systems: What's Going on Here?

Wednesday, April 09, 2008  ·  8:30 AM - 10:10 AM

Feedback is vital in mining consumer energy savings. This session discusses feedback systems from paper reports to digital readouts. It will examine the results from utility run programs, how they have been accepted by homeowners, and discuss other approaches including information on what makes them useful and what makes them overwhelming like the cockpit of a fighter jet. It will describe available systems – hardware and software – and portray what systems are needed, how they could be applied, why they are necessary, and what impact they might make.
