If you don’t know you have a problem, you can’t fix it. Most consumers don’t know how their appliances affect the amount of their electric bill. Learn how to disaggregate an electrical bill and analyze usage. Learn actions that you can teach to consumers to help them control their electric usage.

Be able to read the electric bill
Learn to disaggregate the heating / cooling load from baseload usage
Be able to teach consumers how much electricity different appliances use and what to do to reduce usage and the bill
