Design & Delivery of Homeowner Guides

There are a growing number of studies demonstrating that the best efforts to create a more energy efficient and healthier indoor environment can be compromised by the behavior of the residents. Combining hands-on, on-site education for residents backed up by a homeowner guide, can help reduce some of the problems generated by homeowners.

By attending this session, participants will

1. Understand the many ways homeowners can defeat home performance efforts

2. Learn about a variety of methods and materials for helping homeowners use their living spaces more effectively

3. Contribute suggestions for content to be included in homeowner guides
