BUS 2 - Home Performance Sales on Steroids

This session consists of the concentrated elixir of main points from a half-day sales training workshop that Joe developed for EPA's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program. The full presentation has now been delivered to contractors in 10+ states, and has consistently received rave reviews for content as well as motivational components. This session will provide attendees with several "take-away, can-do" principles and practices to help improve tactics and closing rates for HP sales personnel.

By attending this session, participants will

1. Learn to follow a repeatable process for lead qualification, consumer education, and closing techniques
2. Explore the use of interview, inspection, and diagnostic procedures as tools to educate, communicate, and motivate the customer 3. Review specific strategies for using all the powers available to counter objections and cooperatively move the client toward closing the deal for the performance package.
