Jim Quirk

Jim Quirk, Senior Project Manager at NYSERDA, has been involved with the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) and New York ENERGY STAR Homes (NYESH) Programs in New York State since 2001.  His current responsibilities include oversight of the implementation contracts for both programs as well as overseeing various Gas Efficiency Programs that NYSERDA has been awarded.
