Joe Kuonen

Joe Kuonen is President of Building Performance Horizons, and is Director of National Standards for the Building Performance Institute. He has over twenty-two years experience in blower door testing, duct diagnostics, energy ratings, load calculations, heating-and-air, insulation, and training. He is a licensed HVAC contractor and was cofounder of a home performance contracting company which is now in its twelfth year. For several years, Joe has sold over $1 million annually in home performance packages, almost all of which include duct repairs or replacements. For ten years, he has co-hosted “House Calls,” a live radio call-in show on Home Performance.
