Ground Transportation
Shuttle Service
Hilton Pittsburgh has a complimentary shuttle service available to hotel guests. It is on a first–come / first–serve basis. Reservations are not accepted. Shuttle hours are usually 7:00 am – 11:00 pm.

The hotel’s 14–passenger van will travel within a 2 mile radius of the hotel; this includes all of downtown, North Shore, North Side, Station Square, Strip District, Mount Washington, and the majority of the South Side. They do have a handicapped accessible van if needed.

When dropped–off, the guest receives a business card from the van driver that has a phone and shuttle number on it. To return, the guest calls the number and the driver will return approximately 10 – 15 minutes. This is also on a first–come / first–serve basis.
