Rick Karg is president of R.J. Karg Associates, energy management consultants. He has been working with low income weatherization programs and electric and gas utilities for twenty years as an educator and consultant. Rick was a building contractor for ten years. He is the author of Zip Tex Pro^TM building diagnostics software for the Texas Instruments TI-86 calculator.
