John Proctor, P.E., is a nationally recognized expert in energy efficiency. He has led commercial and residential projects for clients such as the California Energy Commission, Southern California Edison, San Diego Gas and Electric Company, and PG&E. John is the developer of the CheckMe!® Quality Assurance System that uses computer artificial intelligence to assist field technicians to quickly and accurately optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
