This presentation will discuss advanced techniques to quantify the installed performance of air conditioning and heat pump systems and the adequacy of the installation to meet customer expectations. Attendees should have an understanding of the operation of these systems. The objectives for this session center on using performance analysis to identify common problems that contribute to customer dissatisfaction. Methods to identify problems in the above objectives will be presented. The experience of the presenter with respect to these objectives will be shared along with a response to attendee questions.
