What if I have to cancel?

If You Have to Cancel...
It is inevitable that some presenters will need to cancel due to illness or an emergency at work or home.  Should this occur, we appreciate your fullest cooperation in order to minimize the adverse impact of these changes. 

Should you have to cancel, please contact the Manager, Program Design and Development.

• Approved substitutes will be confirmed by the Manager, Program Design and Development, or a designated representative.
• The decision regarding who will fill a vacancy is the Manager, Program Design and Development’s.  Your recommendations for a replacement are welcome.  Make it clear to a potential substitute that the arrangement is tentative.
• Let the Manager, Program Design and Development know as early as possible that you may have to cancel.
• Please keep ACI informed of any change in your status.
