Brad Oberg has been a registered architect, active in residential construction quality and energy efficiency for thirty-four years.  He is the co-founder of IBACOS, Inc, the first Building America team, and has spent the last twelve years pursuing practical and cost effective ways to deliver safe, healthy, durable, energy efficient homes for production builders.
