Judy Gregory is an evaluation consultant with nineteen years of experience in low income weatherization, baseload, and consumer education. She was a co-founder of the National Energy Education Forum and has assisted state, utility, and community based programs in the implementation of technical oversight protocols designed to add depth to the evaluation process.
