Marsha Quinn has served the Department of Energy in a variety of capacity and currently is the Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Energy's ENERGY STAR team. As Program Manager, she is the Department's lead for Home Performance with ENERGY STAR, as well as for strategic planning and initiatives. Marsha is also responsible for communications and outreach for the Office of Building Technologies. Her 29-year career with the Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) has been focused on issues pertaining to Federal policy and technology transfer.
