Rob de Kieffer has been testing home performance for twenty years.  While working with builders and home energy raters, he observed a trend of random conditioning of new homes.  Rob has conducted extensive testing to document new home performance.  His current activities have focused on establishing and documenting best practices for HVAC contractors.
